Return & Refund Policy
3.1 The Hygiene First Rule
Due to the nature of beauty products and for the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on makeup, skincare, or beauty tools once the original seal has been broken. This ensures that every product you buy from Evovyn Beauty is 100% fresh and untampered.
3.2 Eligibility for Returns (7-Day Window)
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product is completely unopened and unused in its original shrink-wrap/packaging.
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
- The product arrived in a damaged or defective state.
3.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If your makeup palette arrives cracked or a gift accessory is broken, please contact support@evovynbeauty.store within 24 hours of delivery. Please provide a photo of the damaged item and the shipping label. We will ship a replacement immediately at no extra cost.
3.4 Refund Disbursement
- COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash after the item is returned to our warehouse and inspected.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to your original payment card within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
